In mobile view, you will not see arrows. ( There is no space for them and we did not want to take it form the reviews )

But:
– swipe works.
– touching the dots under the review, also works.

As I checked your free account in trustindex.io, I saw no problem:
– you could connect the Google
– reviews downloaded
– widget is visible.

So the connection should be working in the WordPress plugin, too. Probably due to a PHP / server error our plugin is not working properly. I suggest you the following:
– re-create the plugin
– if the design is still slipped apart (for example, the Troubleshooting tab is not on the right side) you should search for your Apache ( webserver) log and send us the part of the log for that date. (There you will read what the error is)

After clicking, you have to wait for the next option so you can’t use it too often and take it away from other free users …
