“Full Review List” widget is crafted to work with product reviews, only. Hence, you need to specify a product identifier (SKU).

Sounds like shortcode has been correctly interpreted by plugin. However the console error points towards the widget not being able to recieve the reviews from Trusted Shops.
Are you sure reviews have been collected for the channel the widget is related to?
If it is a Caroussel widget, you will need at least five reviews with more than 12 characters each to get displayed.

if the widgets not being rendered, please make sure that for the channel the widgets are set up reviews have been already collected.
Please be aware that caroussel widget needs at least five reviews with more than 12 characters each to get displayed.

we don′t include the possibility to choose specific orders in this plugin.

But maybe you want to combine your reviews with other systems. Therefore we offer our reputation manager.

Just get in contact with you customer contact of trusted shops. He will be able to answer you everything you need to know about this product.

Thank you for your question. The option to adjust the review invite rule (based on status) is available in WooCommerce Germanized but not yet in WooCommerce. If you are using the standard WooCommerce Plugin, an alternative would be that you build this rule with a manual integration. Dear Roberto,

checking the source of youpri.nl, I can see the Trustbadge code is included 2 times. Most likely, one (with the _tsConfig parameter ‘variant’: ‘default’) comes from the plugin. The other one (with the _tsConfig parameter ‘variant’: ‘custom_reviews’) seems to have been added manually.

You will need to remove one of them. If you decide to go with the default one (from the plugin), please remove the custom_reviews variant and vice versa. In case you decide for the custom variant, you will additionally need to add the DIV container for it into the page’s body with the DIV id ‘MyCustomTrustbadge’.

The parameter trustcardDirection referred to the opening direction of the Trustbadge, so you can’t use this parameter in order to define the position of the Trustbadge. Here you will find the manual for the customization of the Trustbadge, including the free positioning of this element.

Please get in touch with us ([email protected]) so we can provide you with our API documentation, which you can then forward to your developer.
