No, They Haven’t. I contacted them in January and they sent me the same line of BS, that it’s all my hosting company’s fault and they can’t do anything for me, can’t supply specific settings, wont test they own system. Printful did update the plug-in this year, but it’s still versions behind on PHP, Woo & WP, and still does not work.

Tee Shirt products will only upload with NO VARATIONS IN SIZE OR COLOR – IE One Size & One Color. Anything more and it just freezes/times out – and all my hosting setting are at double maximum, I’m running huge ISP capacity. I’ve even turned OFF ALL OTHER PLUGINS (but PF & Woo) to stop any possible conflict, and it still will not work. Basically, Printful’s lack of support and wonky tech has destroyed all my hopes of doing eCommerce.

Printful ‘Support’ had the audacity to tell me the reason why all my product uploads failed was because the Printful Woocommerce plugin doesn’t work with the latest version of Word Press, or the latest version  of PHP, and the Printful Woocommerce plugin doesn’t work with the latest version of Woocommerce!

After admitting (after 3+ months of denial) that the error was on Printful the whole time, their only suggestion to fix the issue was that I revert my version of WordPress to 6.1 and my version of Woocommerce (8.2) to 7.5.1 – meaning that I also had to lower my PHP version from 8.2 to 7.3 to work with their lagging plugin compatibility.

Reverting the PHP broke half of my essential plug-ins, and even after reverting both Woo & WP the Printful plug-in STILL DID NOT WORK.

Dont expect Printful to care at all about their failed technology, or about you. That’s the sad, real facts in 2023

Now, in Sept 2023, after spending close to 300 hours troubleshooting WP & Woo & hundreds of failed Printful product upload attempts I’ve been forced to totally disregard ANYTHING Printful tells me, and basically abandon all my long standing enthusiasm for & work connecting to this company being a legitimate supplier. In the end all they ever offered as ‘Support’ was to eventually admit (months later) that their Plug-In was incompatible with the last four version upgrades of both Woo & WordPress, and if I wanted to use their service that I needed to reinstall & run all the older versions of Woo & WP!

I got the same canned repeated responses from all of the endless of ‘Support Reps’ – but never a reply from the same person – and all of them excuses & fake apologies. I’ve just given up on my dream (and sent all my orders to Printify)

After a total of over 240 Hours dealing with/being run around & stonewalled by Printful ‘Support’ I’ve absolutely lost 99% of all confidence is ever working with this company. It’s now mid September, and this Printful plug-in that failed on July 5th 2023 (after years of functioning properly) STILL DOES NOT WORK.

As a result I’ve since sent over $10K of personal product orders to Printify – all without the slightest glitch – and regret my ever believing that Printful cares at all about the people it deceives. Thanks for the lip service apology that is backed up by NOTHING & NO ACTION.

    Appreciate your response & suggestion.

Thanks- Sorry You’re Suffering Through Their Nonsense Too. Trippy workaround you pulled. I have to wonder if Printful is worth the effort – the main reason to put up with their high priced service was because of the ‘former’ useful upload interface.

Now that they suck so badly, one has to question the entire proposition. Printful support basically told me to fuck off, so I sent a single $5K sample hat order to Printify.

THIS IS STILL NEVER RESOLVED. SO FED UP WITH PRINTFUL & TOTALLY DISCOURAGED ABOUT THE 10000 WONKY THINGS TO ALWAY HAVE TO FIX WITH WOO & WORDPRESS!

YOU TUBE TUTS SHOW A SELECT COLOR BUTTON – BUT IT DOES NOT APPEAR ON MY WOO PRODCUT ATTRIBUTE SECTION – WANT TO ADD HEX CODES FOR SWATCHES , BUT THERES NO WHERE TO ENTER THE COLORS

    Hi There

Sorry to delay my response. The answer is NO, it’s been six weeks and I’ve tried almost 90 times to upload to ANY of my 5 woo stores, and all of them have failed every time to include the items to my woo product lists.

Printful manages to push multiple redundant copies of the mockup images to my WordPress media files, but never places the products in the stores.

SO discouraging! Meanwhile PF keep sending me promotions to add new products, but don’t respond when I tell them I want to but cant.

I’ve now noticed that no one has either found my posts, or in not responding, shows it’s not an important issue for anyone else – hard for me to believe.

    That said, here is what I discovered (why I unnecessarily wasted 180 hours troubleshooting my system);

PRINTFUL’s Woo Plugin Does Not Work With The Latest Versions Of Both Woo & WordPress!

This was finally told to me by Printful ‘support’ after dozens of emails from them denying that this was in fact the problem!

Their solution? They told me to roll back to older versions of both Woo & WP. WTF?

SO ABSOLUTLEY DISCOURAGING. MY CONFIDENCE IN PRINTFUL HAS GONE FROM VERY HIGH TO BARELY PERCEPTABLE.

PRINTFUL IS WORTHLESS AS FAR AS SUPPORT WITH ISSUES TRYING TO CONNECT/CONFIGURE THEIR API PLUGIN. SEEMS THEY JUST DONT CARE.

Is There Anyone Out There I Can Hire To Fix This???

I’ve run into this identical problem, and am stuck between PF ‘support’ denying it’s on their end and confirmation from Bluehost that the issue is not sever based and is a conflict inside PF.

Half the PF products I upload work/sync perfectly & half repeatedly fail.

It just makes Printful seem unreliable.

    Hi There

Just found this today – Monday April 18th 2022 – I’ve received only one email notification, this one, and sent today.

Thanks, but I’m at my wits end with wordpress.

Three years & seven charlatan ‘developers’ later, no one can or has actually replicated the common examples I see successfully executed on dozens of other sites.

I appreciate your telling me that it cant be done. Who are the authors of WP & woo that this is the state of things? So discouraged

    Hey Igor

This reply so completely ignores my question and is really not helpful.

The question was HOW TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF DISPLAYED GALLERY IMAGES, not add more.

Even if it is well intended your reply comes off as a plug-in sales pitch.

    Thanks anyway. I’d super appreciate ANY help on my original question from someone who knows how to accomplish this basic hack;

i.e. If a Tee Shirt has 15 color variations, the woo single product page wants to display thumbnail images for all 15 colors (main & thumbnails).

How can I get the woo single product page to display ONLY THREE selected image types for each selected color variation of the product – (not all 15!) ???

    Help!
