yes, this can be done with custom code.. If you have already a user settings you can change pdf settings with a filter.

Basically you can filter the render_block and read logged in user preferences and modify the pdf options on per user settings.

If you want set a global height can you try adding somewhere in your theme CSS:

.wp-block-tropicalista-pdfembed {
    height: 500px;
}

I will release a fix for this on WP 6.5 update.

Seems that some plugin or theme is adding a 100px height. Can you post just the pdf embed source code, just to be sure.

Simply go on the url you shared and click on three dot button on top right of the editor and select “Code editor”. Than copy paste here.
