I have tested in a fresh install with only Gutenberg and Surecart installed.

To enable email action select form block -> click on cog icon -> choose email

1. You can set email address on action settings modal
2. Same as above
3. You can store it in database or simply get a detail back to your email

No need to have account. Plugin is free.
