Password reset functin not working

    Hello there,

    I am a developer working on a client’s site [ https://riot-sa.com/ ]

    The password reset function isn’t working ; we have gone through extensive testing by switching off all the plugiins as well as the recaptcha extension for um and the problem is reoccurring – I have attached related screenshots  –  please assist.

    Look at your Browser web Console if you have any JavaScript errors.
    Mouse right button click, select Inspect then Console in the Menu.
