Also FYI I had to change the title and when I updated it changed the date back again.. even though I did not do anything to the date I simply changed the title

Please note I tried the trick of going one day ahead and it did not work..I had to go 2 days ahead . in one case..

Im having the same issue the site is the latest WordPress on WPengine.. and the date in settings is correct

ok..so I have a question.. I have a blog page.. I would like it to exclude a category of posts..
so they only show up on a page called picks.. in the category picks…
how do I do that.. sorry for jumping in here.. I’m lost

I actually tried that but it changed the page name.. ‘wordpress’ to a number..
first time I’d seen it change a page name and yes I meant a page.. sorry I am a designer from way back.. dreamweaver wordpress is so not the same..

all files are root.. the problem is the link in the invite only.. cannot resend invite.. so need to make it work somehow… is there a way to make a redirect?

thanks but the issue is I need the /wordpress to show up for only that one file.. ‘/family’
the wordpress runs in the /wordpress directory but the site is root..
when I added the link in the invite..I made an error.. and din;t see it.. all the invites are out there.. so I need the ‘domain.com/wordpress/family’
to link to the ‘domain.com/family’ (actual file location)I don’t know how to make the file show up as ‘domain.com/wordpress/family’

The link I want to create actually links to another database..I do not want the old site to show just the database.. ideally within the WP framework..

Ok so I made a child theme.. and now should I make a category-ID.php file in there?

Holy Moly Batman.. not sure ..one of the pages is for a monthly newsletter.. one is for another monthly post add page, and so are the other 2 to 4 .. one will have posts added every week..
