Unfortunately there are no errors in logs and there is enough disk space.
Is it possible to upload a file via FTP or the media library and place it in the folder where I need it to be?

2. And after a dozen of testing I understood that City/Town field is not necessary. To have options available you can enter only address field? Is that correct?

Ok problem related to PHP version. 8.1.13 version if to be more specific.
Switched back to 7.4

Yes, it’s custom template.
So the solution was in css. I’ve just changed font-family to ‘Open Sans’, sans-serif
Maybe it’s will be useful for somebody from Poland =)
