Thanks. It was a browser problem for me. I have my Firefox setting set to “never” allow third-party cookies. Once I changed that setting to “From Visited” the facebook liking works.
Thank you for helping!
I granted your user account admin. Please look at this URL:

Thank you very much.
No cache plugin loaded. My site is:
https://loveluckyandac.es/blog
If you login w/ FB or request an account I will elevate you to admin.
Typo on my behalf. I am running:
About
Version 5.8.0Super Socializer by Heateor
“You need to clear website cache.”
How do I do this?
I am running Social Sharing 5.5.8. I have just activated Facebook “like” in the plugin settings. When I click the like button a new browser window opens and then closes quickly but the like counter does not increase from zero.
Thank you the_champ for helping me out. I hope you add this functionality to your plugin directly so that others who may also have a short link system setup can utilize their custom short links with your social sharing options.
I have just created an admin account for you on my system. Please take a look at it when you can. I am unable to restrict my category called “Private” to only the administrator role. Logged out users (ie., web visitors) are able to see the “Private” category posts.
I’d let to have the system keep the category “Private” not visible to users not logged in.
Thanks,
Rod@calliem What did you “grab” to get past the “Fatal error” messages you received. I downloaded the zip file from github and am getting the same error.
Thanks.
I too am having this same issue. In my experience I believe the “Not logged-in” option isn’t even being recorded in the database. Ie., when I am not logged in I can navigate to all of my WordPress pages but once I do log in I am then restricted! Backwards from how it should be and I think that is because it is using “Editor” (or some level) higher then not logged-in.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [YOURLS Link Creator] Dont create YOURLS when post publishedI have noticed a similar behavior. In my case when I publish a post from my WordPress “admin” console then the YOURLS entry is made in the database. If I use the iOS app Press Sync, for example, and create and publish a post then the YOURLS entry is not made. If I create my post with Press Sync and save it as a draft and then “publish” it via the admin console then a YOURLS entry is made.
Is this a bug in the YOURLS Link Creator?
For testing I downloaded a different WordPress YOURLS creator plug in and it does not exhibit this problem. Ie., a post created on Press Sync and published directly from Press Sync creates the YOURLS entry. I would prefer to use your plugin as it seems to have more features then the other one I quickly found and installed.
Thank you.
