In reply to: [Order Export & Order Import for WooCommerce] Importing odersThank you. That worked. Unfortunately I used a different importer/exporter plugin before I tried your plugin. That importer/exporter created *new* order numbers. Your importer kept the original order numbers. I am thinking about exporting all orders again from the old website and importing to the new website (I only imported 5 orders the last time). Does this mean that I will have duplicate orders but with different order numbers? I hope so, ’cause then I can delete the new order numbers generated by the 1st plugin I tried. Thank you. I hope you understood this long, drawn-out question.
Disregard my previous message. I’m using Elementor. I deleted the button and re-added it. All is well.

In reply to: [Business Hours Indicator] ShortcodeAs a workaround, I added this code to the child theme’s functions.php
add_filter( ‘widget_text’, ‘do_shortcode’ );
then I used the Custom HTML Widget. It worked except it displays inline output only, regardless of what’s in the Settings. Thank you.

In reply to: [Business Hours Indicator] ShortcodeYes, I noticed those widgets. So I guess the next question would be how can I get that specific shortcode to work in the widget area? Thank you.
I deleted it. It removed the parent plugin but after re-installing the updated plugin as suggested, it works fine now. I dont like modifying code if I don’t have to although I am certain t produced the same result as reinstalling the updated plugin. Regardless, all is well now.
Never mind.
So what do we do with this Nganluong Payment Gateway in the meantime? Can i just delete it with no worries?
@wfgerald I do see errors in the browser console. I deactivated 2 plugins listed in the error messages, still the same problem. WordFence is one of the first plugins I install, so if it were the theme, I would’ve seen this issue long ago.
My concern though is, if there is indeed another plugin conflict, why should I have to disable that plugin? Disabling WordFence fixes the issue, so isn’t the WordFence plugin the problem?
@wfgerald switching to Learning Mode did not help.
Surely you have a workaround for this issue?
I have tried updating just the Elementor plugin. I do not have a cache plugin. I have about 5 different websites with different plugins yet the same results – WSOD. I have not had the opportunity to try the guide’s instructions yet.

In reply to: [Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce] Abandoned ItemsJust to update: I also have Wordfence installed and I made some changes to its configurations. I am now able to see that some bots are ahref and which country they are coming from. I suggest you put your plugin back the way I was as I can see from some support entries that some users want to see their abandoned carts which they are no longer getting due to your mandatory email temporary fix.
Thanks for your prompt responses and support.
So I made the change and sure enough, I found a bot accessing one of my products, however, when I try to block, I get the following message:
“The IP address 77.75.77.32 is in a range of IP addresses that WF does not block. The IP range may be internal or belong to a service safe to allow access for.”
The country was Czechia.

In reply to: [Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce] Abandoned ItemsWell since the new release I am not seeing any abandoned carts. I also abandoned a cart with a fake email address and it *did* show up as abandoned. My question is you said it was a temporary change. Any chance you make the fix permanent?

In reply to: [Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce] Abandoned ItemsI have tried a different plugin with the same results which means that there is definitely nothing wrong with your plugin. I will try your plugin v5.6.1
Thanks
