Yes, it is saved on the Form Maker > Submissions page.
No, I do not have the cache plugin. I have a setting that includes caching and I turned it off. I cleared caching. I resaved the Form Maker > Submissions page and it still doesn’t work.

I did not create any custom code. This has worked for several months until just the other day… I’m confused.

I went to Form Options > Actions After Submission > Selected “custom Text” > entered into text field:
“Thank you %Name% for your submission!
