Okay, I tried the top three solutions and none worked. I’m hesitant to do the last one as this is a pretty large wordpress with lots of content and I don’t want to lose any of it.

Are there any other suggestions I could try before I do the full re-upload?

Thanks, but I’m not sure that does help (it might, but I’m pretty amateur at this!) as my wordpress install is hosted with a hosting company. I’ve asked if they have blocked any IP’s and they said they have not.

Any other ideas?
