Further to it. It seems that it is responsive.

If you observe and re size your screen, you will noticed.

1. the 4 columns are divided into 2 only.
2. the 2 columns are trying to fit-in in the screen.

Would it be nice that when the screen is re size, both columns are separated. Like column 2 is under column 1, column 3 is under column 2 and column 4 is under column 3.
