I had the same thing happen. It didn’t add the menu on the left that it said it would, and also didn’t appear in the list of installed plugins. I deleted it like this: Log into cpanel through your host; you will find the folder in wp-content/plugins. Just delete the adsense plugin folder and you’re golden!

You can delete the files in your file manager. I use the file manager provided in my cpanel through HG to access wp-content/plugins and then delete the adsense plugin folder. Poof, all gone. Hope this helps!
