Hope it’s okay to re-open this thread, but rather than start a new one, I thought I’d add to this.

I want to add my ebook cover to the optin area and replace the text to the left that currently says, “Get free training.”

Sorry about the late response, it seems the one I did on my iPhone was never published.

So long as I’m able to have the form on just one line, I’m more than happy to use design 01. I had read where you suggested using design 01 would mean having the title above the form, which I need to avoid.

So yes please, Boris, I’d love to have the code to be able to do that.
