Hey!
Just to let you know, I asked our web development director to look at just in case I missed something, and he found what I missed. I did NOT have a closing </iframe> tag. So if anyone else has that as a problem, that was the personally embarrassing fix. If it was a snake it would have bit me.
Thanks again!
Trish
I think that we just finished hosting it at bluehost and moved/redirected it to our organization’s servers. That may be why. I’ll wait a few days and ask again.
Thank you!
Trish Henry
Hi Ying,
Sorry! We kept changing our minds how the site was to be structured and it made lots of auto redirects. Not sure how to fix that. You can’t get to the page at all?

Hey!
I got it! They layout for me was at the bottom of the page on the left side, not on the right side!!
Thank you all for sticking with me!! I totally appreciate it!! Just in case this comes up again, here is a screenshot of where “layout” was: https://achcd.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/IGotIt.png

Thank you again!!
Trish Henry :^DNo I do not.
Hello!
Editing the home page looks different; for one there is no options part, instead I chose preferences and looked at the three sections there: General, Blocks, and Panels. Panels is where layout resides.
Changing menus though clicking on the three dots:

Trish HenryHappy Monday!
Here are screenshots of:
Looking at the number of footer widgets in the customizer under layout: https://achcd.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/CustomizeFooter.png
Looking though the customizer the widgets. I include this because the name for footer widgets is “Footer Widget 1” https://achcd.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/FooterWidget-1.png
After clicking on the footer widget one what I see (it’s just whatever is in widget 1: https://achcd.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/FooterWidget.png
I don’t see where under layout in customizer where I can set “default”?
Hi!
Those widget pulldowns were from Content Aware Sidebars. I’ve disabled the plugin and cleared the cache and the home page is still not showing all the widgets on the footer.
I know yesterday when I disabled all the plugin (including bluehost) and cleared the cache, the footer was still not showing on the home page.
Here is a screen shot of what the page looks now without the content aware sidebars widget being active: https://achcd.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/NotHomePageNoContentAwareSidbars.png
I again disabled all the plugin and cleared the cache and the edit page right columns look the same as the link above, and here are how hte home page and not the home page look:

Thank you!

I have 4 footer widgets plus the the footer bar when I look though Customizer, and I see the footer widgets on other pages, but not on the home page. Maybe because I’m using the free version? Hmmm. Here’s a screenshot of editing the home page: https://achcd.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/EditHomePage.png. There’s no widget option like there are on other pages: https://achcd.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/NotHomePage.png

The free theme…
Hi!
BlueHost thought it was something with my theme. I had them clear cache on the shared server, and also I cleared cache on everything I have control over.
I just now deactivated all plugins and nothing made a change on the home page footer. It’s still happening. :^(
