What I mean is I have published an application form with questions in the following order:
1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Email Address
4. Member Number
5. Phone Number
What I would like to do is re-order the questions as follows:
1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Member Number
4. Email Address
5. Phone Number
The only way I can see to do this is to delete the existing fields and add new ones in the order I require but when I have 20 questions on the form this is very tedious and time consuming.
