Oh, I would have expected the recurring emails to include a link, for the customer to go to the order (re-)payment page.
That way, they are presented with the checkout experience (same payment options).
You wouldn’t have to worry about generating qr codes, the checkout experience would handle that as usual.

It seems possible with WooCommerce Subscriptions (which is a paid service)

Have you tried it this way? Or is there something I am missing which makes email invoices without payment link preferable?

We do offer bitcoin invoice payments (generate a link, share URL via any means, get notified by email once paid) but that means manual processing.
If you’d like to try this out, email us asking for dashboard access and you’ll get it (almost) right away.

A quick update on this.
– we will soon release an update which includes instant confirmations (0-confirmation guaranteed payments for most order payments) when using local currency settlement,
– we keep in mind the % tolerance for under/over payments for an upcoming update,
– timeout has been changed from 15 to 25 minutes in a recent version update.

I notice I did not reply to your donation request. A review would be very welcome, ideally one that is informative for other merchants considering whether or not to try out our plugin. ??

Users using Tera Wallet will experience this bug, this happens also between Tera Wallet and other plugins (shopmaster, some Paypal plugins).

We have reached out to the Tera Wallet plugin authors to work out a solution.

Hi,
Currently the bitcoin settlement mode has an optional notification email field.
However we are planning to make that required with OTP validation in an upcoming update.

Reason being that we otherwise have no means of contacting that user. Contacting them might be required if we spot any issues or if the merchant’s users contact us by mistake.

– WooCommerce will send order updates (to both merchant and user, depending on how it is configured in WooCommerce itself).
– TripleA will send an email with detailed transaction information to the merchant.

Does that sound like something that would work for your merchant @newguy321123 ?

We have been exchanging via email but am updating here in case others encounter the same issue.
Tor Browser has “canvas fingerprinting” protection which results in the Qr code being replaced with a white (empty) image.

We will update our QR code rendering to prevent this from happening.

3 – Will be changed to 25 soon, we’ll guarantee the exchange rate for that duration. Precisely for the reason you mention.

2 – We discussed this internally once before. It is easy to spot by customers and might affect our reputation (for a % increase) if people think it is TripleA that is tweaking it’s exchange rate.
Most of our merchants would use something like Booster.io to give a discount for either bitcoin or the non-bitcoin payment options.

Open to ideas or discussion to better understand your point of view (regarding your/our reputation if a savvy user notices) and use cases.

The text you mention is an order note, some information we attach to the order and is visible in the WooCommerce order details page.

There is a lot of information available online regarding customizing WooCommerce email templates (they’re from WooCommerce, not from our plugin).

Could you send a screenshot of what you are seeing, or forward that email, to [email protected] ? I may be able to suggest a more specific fix for your case based on what I see in the email.
