Our support team had a look into this particular issue via our support channel. It turns out it has something to do with a caching plugin that causes the download of Tripetto results to result in a cached CSV file, instead of the up-to-date version.
We have noted this on our backlog and will improve this in a future update of the Tripetto plugin. For now we have communicated a workaround for this user to bypass the caching of the CSV export.
Hi, thanks for your message.
Changing the form structure that affects the dataset of your form, indeed results in separate CSV exports. All results with the same dataset structure are bundled together.
Of course in total all your collected results should be included in all CSV files all together. Are the results that you miss in the CSV’s available in the results list inside the plugin itself? If so, the results are stored correctly in the first place and we’ll have to investigate further why some of those are not included in the CSV exports.
If you want us to take a closer look at your case, we can have a look in your WP-Admin. In that case, please contact our support at https://tripetto.com/support/ and provide us a login. Please also include instructions in your support ticket about in which form this happens and an example of a result that you miss in the CSV exports.
Thanks for the kind review! Much appreciated by our whole team! We’re looking forward to help you with all your future clients ??

Hi Taisa,
Thanks for your message. I had a look at your page, but I see the form loading really quick. You could try a few things though to improve the loading of the form:
1. You can add a loading message that’s shown while the form is loading. It’s called the ‘Placeholder’. You can insert your own text that you want to show as the placeholder/loading message.
2. By default the Tripetto form starts loading after the rest of the page has been loaded, so that can cause some delay in the form loading. You can overrule that and start loading the form right away with the setting named ‘Disable asynchronous loading’. If you use that option, please note that any caching plugins that might be caching your site, might cause that not always the latest version of the form gets shown. In that case make sure you empty the cache of your site/page.
Please note that it depends on how you embedded the form, where you can find the mentioned options:
– If you’re using the shortcode, you can add these settings to your shortcode. More info: https://tripetto.com/help/articles/how-to-embed-your-form-in-your-wordpress-site-using-the-shortcode/
– If you’re using the Gutenberg block or Elementor widget, you can activate the mentioned settings via the block/widget. More info: https://tripetto.com/help/articles/how-to-embed-your-form-in-your-wordpress-site-using-the-gutenberg-block/ and https://tripetto.com/help/articles/how-to-embed-your-form-in-your-wordpress-site-using-the-elementor-widget/
Hope this helps you in the right direction. For now I’ll close this thread, but please let me know if you have any other questions in regards to this subject.
Hi, thanks for your message.
The Tripetto branding you’re referring to is shown in the free version of Tripetto. In our Pro version you can easily remove our Tripetto branding from your forms. Please have a look at our Pro plans over here: https://tripetto.com/pricing/
This article describes the exact steps to take to remove the branding from your forms: https://tripetto.com/help/articles/how-to-remove-tripetto-branding-in-wordpress-forms/
Hope that helps you in the right direction ?? Thanks for using Tripetto and have a nice day!
Hi, thanks for your message.
Regarding your first question: it’s possible to let the form only be accessible by your logged in users. You can do that in 2 ways:
1. Embed the form on a page in your site that’s only accessible by logged in users.
2. Add a ‘hidden field’ block at the top of your form that gathers the WP user ID. Then check in your form if that value is higher than 0. If it is, they can continue the form. If the value is 0, you can show a ‘force stop’ block to prevent the users to continue in your form. Please see the following articles that can help you to set this up:
– https://tripetto.com/help/articles/discover-the-power-of-branches-for-your-logic/
– https://tripetto.com/help/articles/how-to-use-the-force-stop-block/Regarding your second question: unfortunately we don’t have features to limit the amount of form responses at the moment. This is noted on our backlog and we hope to include that in a future update of the plugin.
Regarding your last question: if you store the WP user ID (or any other WP variable that you can use to identify the user) (https://tripetto.com/help/articles/how-to-use-wordpress-variables-in-your-form/) in your form response, you can use that to combine the 2 results. That would be something that you have to do manually. Inside Tripetto there’s no option to connect form responses from different forms to each other.
Hope that answers your questions. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Hi, thanks for your message. At the moment we don’t offer graphs of your results all together. Of course we understand your request for this, so we noted it on our internal backlog.
For now, I’ll close this issue. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Hi, thanks for your question. The closing messages are indeed shown after form submission ??
That’s what we like to hear ??
Thanks for your review and good luck with everything you’re going to build with Tripetto. Cheers from Amsterdam!
Thank you ?? Always happy to help!
Hi, thanks for your question.
In the Style settings you can select the scroll direction of your autoscroll form: vertical or horizontal.
More info in this article: https://tripetto.com/help/articles/discover-additional-options-for-autoscroll-form-face/
Thanks for using Tripetto!
Thanks Nick! We’ll keep up the good work ??
Hi!
Good to hear it was already fixed by installing the
mbstring
support.Just FYI: we released an update of our plugin today (v5.1). That update includes an overall workaround for installations that don’t have
mbstring
support enabled/installed. So from now on this should be okay right away. Thanks again for your report on this. This makes Tripetto a bit better again ??Regarding your missing forms: I’m afraid you have uninstalled the whole Tripetto plugin from your WP-Admin, which also includes the deletion of the Tripetto databases with your form structures and results. So I’m afraid there’s nothing we can do from our side to get that data back. You could have a look if you have a backup of your database from before you uninstalled the Tripetto plugin and restore the Tripetto database tables from there on.
I will resolve this support ticket for now. Please feel free to re-open it if you have any other questions regarding this case.
Thanks for using Tripetto and have a nice day.
