Thanks for your short & powerful review! Much appreciated by the whole team ??
Hi! Yes, you can add custom-CSS to parts of your form if your form is embedded. Customizing the CSS is not possible if you use the direct link to a form.
Customizing CSS in Tripetto works a bit different than the global custom-CSS feature in WordPress. This article explains how to do this: https://tripetto.com/help/articles/how-to-use-custom-css-in-embedded-forms/
In your case you want to customize the Multiple choice question block. You can for example then do something like this:
[data-block='tripetto-block-multiple-choice'] { button { background-color: red; } }
It depends how you embed your form (shortcode/Gutenberg editor/Elementor) where you can add that custom CSS. In each of the options it is a parameter/setting in the pertaining embed block.
At the moment it’s not planned to change this behavior of the unselected/selected state, but I will note your request for this on our backlog, so we can have a look if this is something we can improve in a future update.
FYI: we will close this topic for now. Please feel free to re-open it again if you have any other questions related to this.
Hi, thanks for your review and the feedback on our plugin! The good news is that both your recommendations are already on our backlog. Multilingual?forms would also be a huge improvement from our end, but has a major impact on the whole plugin. Multifile upload is of course a smaller improvement, but unfortunately also not planned for development yet.
I have added your votes to these items on our internal backlog. Hopefully you keep an eye on us and we can help you with these features in the future ?? Thanks again for your input!Hi, thanks for your message and the compliment ??
Changing the color of the “Selection Color (Input Buttons)” should change the color of for example the multiple choice question block. Those buttons have two states, namely the unselected and selected state. The unselected state always shows the buttons with a transparent background and a border in the color that you have set in the style pane. The selected state then fills the background of the button when it becomes selected by the respondent. It’s not possible to set a background color for the unselected state at the moment. Is that maybe what you mean? If not, could you elaborate what happens exactly and what you would like to achieve?
Thanks for your review and your feedback on the closing message. We try to make our free version very generous in terms of features and in return we indeed show our branding in the closing message of your free forms. While filling out the form our branding is minimal, so it does not distract your respondent from filling out the form. The larger branding is only visible after your respondents submitted the form, so it should not really impact the conversion numbers of completed forms.
Possibly in the future we will alter our pricing plans and we will be offering different tiers with their own corresponding pro features.
Thanks, let’s help you further via our support channel. We just replied to your initial support ticket over there.
We’re closing this issue for now. If you want us to further investigate this for your specific case, please open a ticket at https://tripetto.com/support/ and we’re happy to help you from there on.
Hi, thanks for your message.
We tried to reproduce the error, but we can’t get the error you describe. Does this also happen with other templates, or specifically with the NPS template?
To investigate this further we’ll need a temporary access to your WP-Admin to see what’s happening there exactly. Of course we can’t do that in public, so could you create a support ticket over here (https://tripetto.com/support/) and provide us the temporary login details for your site? Of course we only use that login to investigate this particular issue.
Thanks in advance!
Hi, thanks for your message.
Unfortunately it’s not possible to create multiple columns in Tripetto, so your questions are always aligned vertically (underneath each other).
Hi, thanks for your message.
We don’t offer something to show the results of a form submission to your users on the frontend of your site. Results are only accessible inside the Tripetto plugin via the backend of your site (WP-Admin).
This makes our day ?? Thanks for your kind words!
Thanks Artur! That’s indeed exactly what Tripetto is meant for! ??
