The issue seems to be a plugin called :plugin Load filter blocking the pages..

nope.. nothing.. same issue.. i am going to uninstall woocommerce.. purge server caches.. and try woocommerce again

i have to manual added the header and footer on each page… this is so broken

did a fresh install.. did the import and follow the steps and still no HEADER or FOOTER is being loaded

Still nothing.. i am going to do a clean install of wordpress and import the kit again and try to see if it loads
