When we provide the data through our API, you are not reliant on what your client’s MLS has at all. Part of what you’re paying us for is that we normalize and make sure the data is always working correctly. With us, you never have to worry about them making changes. Our API stays the same.

Admin Bar disappeared on all sites when logged in and viewing the front-end of the site, when automatic cache management is turned on.

You could make a secondary search box and drop that in using a short code.

However, you’d also need to check and make sure that we have this data from the MLS. Some MLSs do not provide rental information and others do not have rental specific data like pets etc.

That being said, if we can get it from the MLS, it’s definitely possible with this plugin.

The free version of our plugin uses dummy data. We mention this on our plugin page up front. It would be a violation of MLS rules to provide the real data without having you sign up to be a client.

We aren’t trying to sucker anyone in, but obviously we can’t provide this service for free. There are no free IDX vendors due to the massive costs involved in running an operation like Displet. A single MLS along might have us incur $1000 a month in storage costs.

AZ – Displet was acquired last year, so it’s possible your messages might have been lost for an upgrade. We’re sorry we lost you as a client, but I’m sure if you gave it another look the Displet plugin has many more features than the iHomeFinder plugin.

To give you an idea in the past year, we’ve focused 100% on quality and speed, not features as well.

We can now serve 10 properties and photos in under 1/3 of a second.
We now get properties from all MLSs every 15 minutes
We have full time support staff instead of developers that also acted as support. So if you ever decide to move, please let us know.
