In reply to: [Multisite Robots.txt Manager] Do not the jobHello @smksiteo
I don’t remember receiving your message. I checked the email form in the pro plugin and received the email. Do you remember how you contacted me?The plugin should work for free or pro clients, they are technically the same plugin other than the automation aspect for the pro plugin.
I see that your website is still using the plugin. We’ve had several updates to both the free and pro version. If you haven’t recently updated give that a try. I haven’t received any reports from anyone that the plugin isn’t working. If you continue to have problems I’m more than willing to help resolve them.

In reply to: [Multisite Robots.txt Manager] [WEBSITE_URL] doesn’t workHello @arbremojo
The plugin hasn’t had that feature in a very long time, looks to be about 7 years ago due to complexities. I’ll look at adding it back in the next version, I’m sure I can figure out a better solution today.~Chris

In reply to: [Multisite Robots.txt Manager] multisite robots.txt not workingHello @priyeranjan
Sorry for the delay in responding, for some reason www.remarpro.com doesn’t send notices when new tickets are posted.
Where you able to get the plugin working?

In reply to: [Multisite Robots.txt Manager] Robots.txt File LocationHello @josefism
The robots.txt file generated by WordPress and the plugin are both virtual. The append rules are simply appended to saved network robots.txt file, and then generated by WordPress.

Hello @pputzer
I’ve tested this as many possible ways as I can, and no matter what I can’t get the network websites to throw a freemius admin notice anywhere but in the network admin area.I do get the 1 extra notice in the network admin dashboard on a fresh install, and I am looking at a way to discontinue that notice, I just haven’t figured it out yet.
Freemius does a lot, and yeah it would be nice if I could just export the parts used rather than the entire system. However, it’s rather awesome what it does do, the stats gathered helped me realize the plugin had a bug, without a user posting a ticket about it, which is great for developers.

Hello @pputzer
The plugin doesn’t have any admin notices that contain affiliate marketing programs, etc. The two notices it does have only exist in the network admin area. One is related to migrating settings from the previous plugin, and the other is an opt-in for updates, both can be dismissed, neither of which return. Are you sure you have the correct plugin?

In reply to: [Multisite Robots.txt Manager] ErrorHello @freeworker,
That issue should be resolved with the recent update. Let me know if you come across any problems.@pputzer Hey Pepe, I’ve pushed a new version out with an upgrade notice in the plugins network admin area. It’s a two step plugin, first step migrates settings, second step allows you to delete the old plugin settings once you’ve confirmed everything worked.
Let me know if you have any other issues.
Thanks Pepe, I’ll check into this and get a new version up here shorty.

In reply to: [Wp My Admin Bar] Broken/Breaks Everything@jdembowski It’s not a review and it’s false. No reason for me to have plugins if people can just leave a false statement as a review.

In reply to: [Wp My Admin Bar] Broken/Breaks EverythingHello Clovisd,
I haven’t had anyone report any issues with the plugin, nor do I see any errors on our test sites and you should have posted a support ticket if you were having problems.
If the plugin was deleted and your issue exists, then it is not this plugin causing the error.

In reply to: [Multisite Robots.txt Manager] Preserve options during updateHello Carlo,
Have you by chance tested a step-by-step upgrade?I’m not sure if your version preserves or not, or even which version made the changes and if all carry though to the end.
The newest version is a major change, so it’s possible even if it does preserve, that it will not function as intended as the append rule feature has changed.
Chris
Hello fisherofer,
I’m unable to reproduce that error.
To test, I manually unset the rule, then clicked the ‘scan for missing rules’ button, which returns the message you received. After scrolling back down, the button text changed to ‘correct missing rules’ – I then clicked the button again and the message changed to: Network Is Clean: All network websites have the proper rewrite rule.
Can you confirm that the ‘correct missing rules’ button does not appear? It will be the same button as the ‘scan for missing rules’ button, just with different text.

In reply to: [Multisite Robots.txt Manager] Preserve options during updateSorry for the delay, WordPress does not notify me if new topics posted to the support forum, I have no idea why.
Version 0.4.0 is 10 versions old; the newer versions use different option names, so upgrading that far back wouldn’t preserve the settings, nor would they be compatible with the newer versions.

In reply to: [Multisite Robots.txt Manager] PlaceholdersHello Vasikgreif,
The current pro plugin has a feature similar to this, however I like your idea better. Please contact me here https://technerdia.com/help/ with your name and email address, and I’ll send you a copy of the pro plugin once this has been implemented.
