Tried deactivating plugins still the same.

Works in test mode, not in mobile mode.

Test mode works on PC.

But mobile mode does not work on BassLake site

Some labels inherit an inline alignment with the text input field

When I went to move ahead and add a new form, my prior forms showed in the drop down menu – each time I went to add a new form.

Until I finally did have a new form.

All forms are present.
