I am seeing this same issue as well. I opened a case with Sendle and they directed us to contact the third-party plugin vendor for support.

Please contact me so we can see what level we need to be on for you to build a custom sign-up page and stores like your demo shows.

I also will need to discuss the ETA of the custom web pages.
We are gathering interest in our on-demand services now, including marketing efforts, and will need the sign-up piece in the near future.

I had my client sold on using this plugin and app, but no response from the vendor on functionality or what steps to take to get the offered sign-up website for stores/drivers as they offered to customize it originally.
You have lost a sale.

I also would like detailed installation information and details on contacting you to setup the signup site for stores and drivers.

Approaching four days without a reply now.
I figured out how to get the orders to become a task, but I am not seeing how to automatically dispatch tasks to available techs as I have the box checked, but I still need to go to the dashboard and assign the task.
Also, I need to know how we are supposed to checkout and receive payment after completing the service, no prompt is presented for payment on these orders/tasks.

Is there any support for this product?

That is an issue then. I have the URL of the live site where I am instructed to place it. None of the media imported and there is nothing in the error log that tells me what is wrong. As this is a small site, I may just proceed with doing this manually.

I was able to determine the issue with the local tables not importing – I had to add my user (again) to the database with full permissions. Then the Joomla tables imported using the tool. Now, I need to import the media as that still did not pull over. It looks like I will have to do this manually unless there is a step I missed?
