In reply to: [CF7 Google Sheets Connector] 2nd site no data populating google sheetsThanks for this helpful troubleshooting insight. We do not have dedicated SMTP set up on the sites that haven’t worked. I’ll set up that and test and let you know. Thanks!

In reply to: [Virtual Robots.txt] Doesn’t seem to work as describedI appreciate you responding to help. When I go to what I believe is the plugins setting page I see this in the box:
User-agent: *
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
Disallow: /wp-includes/
Allow: /wp-includes/js/
Allow: /wp-includes/images/
Disallow: /trackback/
Disallow: /wp-login.php
Disallow: /wp-register.phpHowever, when I go to the /robots.txt file I see this:
User-agent: * Crawl-Delay: 20 #Begin Attracta SEO Tools Sitemap. Do not remove sitemap: https://cdn.attracta.com/sitemap/6184370.xml.gz #End Attracta SEO Tools Sitemap. Do not remove
So it appears your plugin’s robots.txt file is the one that is actually loading – but the box in WordPress as indicated above is showing something very different. And in the one that it appears the plugin is loading, I see nothing blocked, no sitemap – only that link to //cdn which appears to have nothing to do with my website.

In reply to: [Master Slider - Responsive Touch Slider] I can’t deactivate Master SliderNot sure why marked as resolved. It’s now absolutely impossible to log into the site in any way – even with plugin folder deleted it still just shows errors.

In reply to: [Master Slider - Responsive Touch Slider] I can’t deactivate Master SliderHi,
Not only did I try renaming the plugin but I even deleted it – and I cannot log in, just get an error about cannot modify header information – how is that even possible with the plugin deleted? I’ve tried on multiple browsers to test caching.
Any help is appreciate, we have a site we cannot access.
Same problem – we use smash balloon. Jquery migrate helper fixed it.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce home page not loadedThat’s all I know aside from checking default theme and no other plugins active. My similar issue happened when upgrading woocommerce so maybe roll back the plugin. Sorry couldn’t help.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce home page not loadedSame problem after updating today – home was gone, analytics was gone, marketing was gone. I tested the site in a different browser and they were back… not sure the issue but maybe some kind of caching.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Local Pickup AND Flat Rate DeliveryI just want to add for someone else who may have a similar issue how I solved it. Because we had two products – each with different flat rates, each offering free pickup in the same locations, for me setting up zones just got too difficult. I used product add ons – set one option to free pickup in Florida, one for delivery with the set rate. Worked like a charm.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Insane Persistent AdvertisingI may have not been running the latest version at that time. I haven’t had an opportunity to check with the latest version, but will eventually on my next site ‘clean up’. I also know it’s probably not common to have to clean up and remove hundreds of categories and tags from a site, so my situation might have already been on the extreme end of what the usual experience would be.
Otherwise, I’ve used the plugin for years with no problems.I was just a little thrown back when I saw that I would have to manually click hundreds of identical notifications or scroll for literally minutes past them to the get to the options.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Forms gone – CF7 and DBI know this is month’s later… but this happened again… one minute all forms were there, next minute every form gone – with no seeming rhyme or reason why.
@philmells – are you perhaps on siteground? I’d like to figure out some pattern for why this is the case.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Forms gone – CF7 and DBOf course I can manually copy all of the forms, but there are around 50 of them so trying to avoid that if possible.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Forms gone – CF7 and DBHi,
Yes, we are using an old version of the plugin. The reason is because there is a significant amount of custom coding involved so as to use the contact form to make purchases. I am planning to do a upgrade and recode what is necessary for the client.
In this particular case I did run an upgrade to see if that was the problem, but the forms were still gone. Would using an old version of the plugin causes all forms to disappear without any other changes being made on the site.
Also, I noticed that php_max_vars was only set to 1000 (I’ve updated this morning after noticing) and I know sometimes, like with the menu, that can make things disappear – but strange that it happened now when no new forms have been added in quite awhile.
The only other explanation I can come to is that a rouge employee deleted them all!
For now, until I can run the upgrades, I’m wondering if it’s possible to pull the relevant tables from an old database backup to get my forms back?
