I was able to get the Support Pop-up to work but only after I used a VPN.
I would suggest a standard ticket submission method rather that relying on some script that may not work for everyone…

In reply to: [SportsPress - Sports Club & League Manager] Support Channels?Yes this does not work. There is no pop-up happening. I have tried both on Brave and Microsoft Edge.
Please provide an alternate method of submitting a Premium Support ticket ASAP please.

In reply to: [SportsPress - Sports Club & League Manager] Support Channels?Yes your “Contact Support” has the URL:
https://support.themeboy.com/#@wfpeter Seems to be happening to others as well…
Additionally the Google recaptcha functionality does not work for WooCommerce. When enabled it causes the “submit” button on the login form to become unresponsive.
@wfpeter I have been doing my own testing and it seems that the issue may be with the GTmetrix plugin possibly by itself or a conflict was introduced from the last WF update.
Comparing the results to Google PageSpeed and they dont match any where close, GTMetrix results from their plugin were way off compared to tests from their site. I have removed the GTMetrix plugin and just use their website now. I understand the two testing platforms use different modalities and therefore the results will differ, but GTMetrix went from ~1sec load time results to over ~17sec load time results after the update. Not right.
I have sent you the diagnostic report as requested.. but this does not include the GTMetrix plugin installed, I have uninstalled that already.
It is interesting that this happened just after the WF update, so there may be some conflict, I dont know. But based on tests from Google PageSpeed and load.io it seems the site is within acceptable load times.
I did notice that WF consistently slowed down the Google PageSpeed load time results by 10 points, taking the site from Google PageSpeed green 90’s to orange 80’s every time. Maybe there is some sort of tuning to be done to the WF settings? Any help there would be appreciated.
Thanks @wfpeter . Did this recent update of WF increase the needed resources to efficiently run WF? This is something that would be known by WF for sure.
Hello?!?!?!
Are the developers even reading these support posts? Your website says specifically to post support questions here…

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Analytics/Taxes not showing data in tableI tried the import historical and that did not work.
I looked at the orders in question in the database and they indeed had the tax rate from the deleted rates. I modified the record in the database to use the current tax rate identifier and now the orders show in the chart as they should, but use the new tax rate name instead of the old one. The old identifyer name still appears in the legacy chart fyi.
So it appears that with the new Analytics if a Tax Rate line item is deleted/replaced from the WC tax rates in Settings the order record still shows the old tax rate identifyer but shows nothing in the admin chart.
The legacy reports maintains and displays the old, deleted tax rate name in the chart somehow.
This should be easy for you to reproduce.
1. Create a standard tax rate with a unique name.
2. Place an order using that tax rate
3. Complete the order (mark as completed/shipped)
4. Delete the standard tax rate
5. Add the same tax rate back in but with a new name. You should see that in the legacy reports the old tax rate shows in the report. In the new analytics it does not.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Analytics/Taxes not showing data in tableIn case anyone is interested it seems that if you remove/reimport a tax rate orders placed under that tax rate will not appear in the WC Analytics/Taxes chart.
