This is the error I see others also have too. No one has resolved this Its clear that contact form 7 has gone faulty.

I have created a new page with a new form and the error still occurs

ok This is of no use to me since it does not answer the question Let me try this again !! EMAIL SETUP IS ALL CORRECT however it doesnt work ? Is that simple enough to understand ?.

Ive deleted this plugin as its not working as its supposed to and simply creating my own posts

When i created the initial design It worked fine. However no new posts would appear. So i reloaded the short code Then the “comments” would not disappear Now after reloading the Short code again NOTHING is hidden. Nothing form the APPEARANCE THEME has change. So its not that !!

I’m using BLOG DESIGNER PACK and i resolved it by redoing the short code after every now BLOG is written Or it simply doesnt show

Yes but I could access the checkout page to edit the layout etc. Now I cant Why is that ?

– I need every user/subscriber “registered” on the site to do a survey
– The survey must not ask user/subscriber AGAIN for the details already submitted when registering as user/subscriber!
– When the survey is submitted the submission must include the details automatically of the user/subscriber. (only NAME PHONE AND EMAIL)
