I changed wp_2, and the dashboard is back.

I really really appreciate your help. You don;t know what it means.

I put it back, but the dashboard stayed broken, no login

okay, it break the dashboard (url not found) and the /wordpress site will load the first page only

the files are at /wordpress, so we should change the site url right?

or the wp-2_options db table? it also says marcusassoc.net

still says marcusassoc.net in an uneditable box/

So Site url in wp2 options (db) shouldn’t say /wordpress?

and update home and site url is checked

If I click sites, edit, then settings it says
” https://marcusassoc.net” and it’s uneditable

do you mean network / settings and then the two configiuration files, or edits “sites” and then read what in the settings there?

should path to current site be /wordpress?

I did all three and it will load the home page with images on /wordpress only. the root url is white and the links are broken
