Hi there Shani,
Thanks for reaching out!
Can you please share a link to a subscription form that is NOT connected to your Welcome email and to a form that should send it? I want to test both scenarios.
Also, please share a screenshot of your MailPoet > Emails > Welcome tab.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Hi there @ihofstaetter216,
Thanks for reaching out!
Indeed, MailPoet doesn’t send a Welcome email if it’s already been sent to a subscriber. MailPoet form also doesn’t show that a user is already subscribed because then anyone would be able to check any email address for an existing subscriber and it can be considered a security breach.
As a workaround, you can recreate your Welcome email as an Automation and then you’ll have a toggle called “Run this automation only once per subscriber.”: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/397-how-to-set-up-an-automation
If disabled, an automation will run every time a user subscribes.
Hope it helps, please let us know if you need further assistance!
Hi there @shabbyrose,
Thanks for reaching out!
I checked your site but all subscriptions forms there are created with Elementor. Can you please check if they’re correctly integrated with MailPoet?
Here is how: https://elementor.com/help/mailpoet-elementor-integration/
Alternatively, please try creating a native MailPoet form and test it: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/297-create-a-subscription-form-with-our-editor

Hi there @richardgb,
Thanks for reaching out!
When you update a WordPress user, the corresponding subscriber should be updated too.
You can force sync changes in MailPoet > Lists > click Force Sync under the WordPress Users list.
If it doesn’t work, please let us know what fields in Users you’re editing.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Hi there @eitanc,
Thanks for reaching out!
Indeed, this is not possible with the MailPoet plugin out of the box.
You’re welcome to add it as a suggestion here https://feedback.mailpoet.com
Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin ??
Enjoy the rest of your day!
Hi there @minke1,
Thanks for reaching out!
I see that your cron URL returns your homepage instead of “pong”: https://www.easternstream.nl/?mailpoet_router&endpoint=cron_daemon&action=ping
You can either fix it so it returns “pong” or configure Linux cron.
You can read more about it here: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/231-sending-does-not-work#taskscheduler
Hope it helps, please let us know if you need further assistance!
Hi there @qwik3r,
Thanks for reaching out!
Database tables remain intact when you uninstall the MailPoet plugin to prevent any accidental data loss.
If you want to delete them, you can log in to your cPanel and manually delete all tables with the *_mailpoet* prefix.
If you want to clean up these table instead of deleting them, you can go to MailPoet > Settings > Advanced tab > Reinstall from scratch.
Hope it helps, please let us know if you need further assistance!
Hi there @profit99,

If I got it right, you’d like to share a link to your subscription form with your subscribers.
When you create your subscription form, you can use a shortcode or a Gutenberg block to add it to a separate page.
So here are steps to follow:
- Create a MailPoet form.
- Create a separate page.
- Edit your page and add a Gutenberg block of your form to the form (or you can use a shortcode instead).
- Share a link to this page with your subscribers.
