Do you mean that a Welcome email is sent 30 minutes after your user subscribed and confirmed their subscription?
If so, does it happen to every Welcome email? What sending method do you use?
Please send us the information from MailPoet > Help > System Info but redact all email addresses from there.

Can you please clarify what’s happening when you put an emoji in your newsletter?
If they’re not showing, can you please check with your hosting support what encoding is used for your database tables and in the wp-config.php file?
You can use any encoding for your DB_CHARSET that looks like
utf8mb4_xxx
, for example,utf8mb4
orutf8mb4_general_ci
will both work.You need to ensure that both DB_CHARSET in the wp-config.php file and for your *_mailpoet database table are set up as
utf8mb4_xxx
.You can forward them the information above and they will check it.

I checked the logs and don’t see any bounced emails sent from your account recently.
I recommend adding DKIM records to your sender domain to improve deliverability: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/295-spf-dkim-dmarc#set-up-dkim-for-your-domain-when-using-the-mss

Database tables remain intact when you uninstall the MailPoet plugin to prevent any accidental data loss.
If you want to delete them, you can log in to your cPanel and manually delete all tables with the *_mailpoet* prefix.

The “I would like to receive exclusive emails with discounts and product information” string can be translated in MailPoet > Settings > WooCommerce > Checkbox opt-in message.
As for the ”?Yes, I’m ok with you sending me additional newsletter and email content?(optional)” string, it seems that it’s been added by the Creative Mail plugin so please contact their support team to resolve it.

This is weird indeed! Even if you simply disable a MailPoet form, it won’t appear anymore. Are you still seeing both forms?

Did I get it right that you created a native MailPoet form and enabled Google reCAPTCHA Checkbox? If so, it should appear on your subscription form.
Can you please enable this pop-up on a separate page of your site (a test page) so that your users won’t see it?

It’s not possible to select an option for every two weeks when scheduling a Post Notification email. Can you please share a link where you saw that?
