I’m glad that the issue is resolved with Google reCAPTCHA. The built-in CAPTCHA does require a redirect to another page and this is why it’s been affected.
However, this is not something I can replicate on my test site so I think there could be a conflict on your site that prevents the redirect. I’m sorry to hear about the issue. Your subscribers are stored in your site’s database and we don’t have any access to it.
Are there any specific subscribers missing from specific lists? For example, WordPress users or WooCommerce customers?

In the past, we’ve seen some cases of pages not loading correctly that turned out to be caused by a browser plugin/extension (i.e. ad-blocker, security, etc) preventing files from loading as expected.
Please try testing from an Incognito/Private browser window with browser extensions disabled, and see if you still have the same issue.

I’m sorry to hear about the error you’re seeing.
While MailPoet retries the connection, I still recommend increasing the connection limits in your MySQL to make sure MailPoet runs smoothly: https://ubiq.co/database-blog/how-to-increase-max-connections-in-mysql/
Please reach out to your host to make these changes. They might also have logs available to see which other connections can cause this overload.

To combat spam and phishing, large email providers (Yahoo, Gmail, Outlook, AOL, etc.) only allow their users to send emails from their inboxes and not a third party, like MailPoet. For example, Yahoo will not accept your emails if you send a newsletter with MailPoet and your FROM email address is a Yahoo or Gmail address.
Sending emails with the MailPoet Sending Service allows you to use free addresses by default, but it will be rewritten: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/266-authorizing-from-email-addresses#authorizing-free-email-addresses

If the former, can you please share a screenshot of where you see that? Please blur any email addresses on your screenshot before sharing.
Are all 12 subscribers have Subscribed status on the list connected to this Post Notification email?

At the moment, a Gift card can only be applied through a shortcode checkout, not a Checkout block.
This has already been logged for our developers and they will look into implementing it, however, we don’t have any ETA at the moment.

You can have a default From address in MailPoet settings but each MailPoet email can have its own as well.
Please edit your Welcome email and change its From address on the last step.

If I got it right, you’d like to send a series of Welcome emails to a segment, not to a subscribers list.
This is currently not possible, but it’s on a roadmap to be implemented via Automations. However, I don’t have any ETA now.

Unfortunately, there’s no option to embed a video into our newsletter editor at the moment.?
