@jharries I’m definitely still maintaining and supporting this plugin. Updates and new features comes as I feel is necessary. We’re not looking to invent new features every month if that’s what you’re looking for. Just adding new ideas when we think of one or as requested by a client.

Please see if this logic makes sense to you…

• If 1 member sign-ups with 2 different product subscriptions…would you rather track it as 1 member-signup or 2 product sign-ups?
• If this same member cancels 1 of the 2 product subscriptions, would you calculate this as 1 churned member subscription or 1 churned product subscription?

Ultimately, we chose to track by product subscription rather than by member as this gives a clearer picture. Does that help?

Indeed, I would find that useful as well. Here are my initial thoughts on this:

1. First issue is dealing with how we get their location. MP by default doesn’t ask user for location information upon sign-up. So perhaps we could call it a geo-login report. Where it tracks location by their login IP. I do see existing 3rd-party extension already like this one. Problem is this only tracks location info for users that actually login.
2. If you really just want location report for all users (regardless if they log in or not), maybe we can go by their sign-up IP (if that’s being tracked).
3. We could probably provide the country report for free version. And then pro version will be able to drill down by a regional level (state, province, etc). But definitely not down below that.

Lots and lots of little things to think about.

• How many members joined prior month – this shows easily enough. But what do you mean by tiers? If tiers are groups, then no…that’s not specified in reports…if tiers are separate products/memberships, then yes.
• How many members cancelled prior month – it’s shown. But how long they were members before cancelling, that’s not shown. But a good request for me to consider organizing.
• How much revenue came to relative membership in prior month – it’s shown. Estimate for upcoming month, not shown.
• How many upgrades the prior month – awesome request! Will definitely add this in the to-do.
• Average lifespan of member – another awesome request. Will add this to future version.
• Cancellation breakdown – probably good idea for future churn report. Breakdown at 30/60/90/120 days is tough. Maybe can be considered for a yearly churn report.

Hi @mikelidbetter , thanks so much for your feedback. Can you show any screenshots of where the specific date format wasn’t respected? That should definitely be working.

The plugin still works fine and many people are using it. I have no idea what you’re talking about and don’t see any topics from you in the support forum.

I would probably make a script to export PDFs to directories in uploads, separated by year. Then have a cron automatically export every day, or week.

@kattouf thanks so much for the request. I’ll have to think about that one. As it’s not worth the effort unless enough users specifically ask for it. Or likewise, or likewise you could pay us to develop the feature into the plugin.

How are you getting around this limitation currently? I thought you could just scroll through the backend transaction screen and see the VAT payments without having to download invoices.

Ahhhhh….ok, I’ll make a note of this. We a new release coming out soon.

• and on and on and on. there’s at least several hundred of them in the database, all with autoload set to “ON”.

Other question is…can I delete the autoload DB entries if I still use the plugin but am regularly deleting user uploads after certain date?
