In reply to: [WP Photo Album Plus] Thumbnails – Comm error 500: Internal Server ErrorAlso the source file is 2448 x 3264 px. 2.28 Mb
Most of the photos being uploaded are taken from iphone and we don’t want to limit the sizes to ensure we are receiving the best quality possible. Server is on AWS and specs can be increased if needed.Photos with less resolution/file size seem to work. For example: 1936 x 2592 px. 899.53 Kb
Thanks,
Thanks Jacob. We are just using the front end uploader component to receive photos and are not displaying them in a gallery so the uploader doesn’t have access to edit the photos.
As a work around we are just allowing 1 photo at a time to make it so people pick the best ones instead of uploading a bunch of random pics.
Thanks,
Hey thanks a lot for the info. I have it set to use the file name.
How would the upload user edit the attributes of the photos after upload? After upload it just says successful. We are using the front end uploader to get images from our staff but don’t have a gallery that everyone can access.
Is it possible to have a comment field for each photo uploaded directly in the front end uploader after you select the photos? Maybe some kind of for loop the cycles through the number of photos and creates a sequential field based on the total number of photos selected?
Thanks for your help. Awesome plugin btw.
