In reply to: [Cache Enabler] Setting in Sql possible ?Hell Cory
Thanks for your support, excellent as always.
The plugin will throw the below error unless permissions are very loose:Cache Enabler requires write permissions 755 in the /var/www/html/website/wp-content/settings directory.
This is highly undesirable, it would be far safer to check for the presence and write permission on advanced-cache.php ONLY and not the entire wp-content folder !
This is how other plugins such as for example Hyper cache work
What do you think ?
Thanks again for this brilliant plugin

In reply to: [Cache Enabler] Gzip not working with NginxUPDATE:
Found the cause, permissions issue.
Seems the folder wp-content/settings/ needs to be writable by the web server. In this case it was not, therefore settings ( e.g. ‘compress_cache’ => 1, ) were not updated.
Not sure if some warning message would be useful, as it seems to silently fail in the above scenario.
Thanks

In reply to: [Autoptimize] Autoptimize and NginxHello Frank
As usual, top drawer support, thank you.
Autopimize is just about the best supported WordPress plugin, it’s little wonder that Autopimize has been a massiver success !!
Should have read the manual, of course ! Understand the 404 handler now.
Have to admit, never used “immutable” for caching before…..
Thanks again for the brilliant support, highly appreciated

In reply to: [Cache Enabler] Permissions IssueHello Corey
Yes, perfect !! adding that line, then de-activate/re-active seems to have fixed it, thank you.
Should we still be adding this line too in wp-config.php ?
define( ‘WP_CACHE’, true );

In reply to: [Starter Templates — Elementor & WordPress Templates] Import Patterns ErrorsHello
Thanks for the reply. The issue persists, seems the URL’s where the patterns are fetched are broken/invalid
