The App ID was entered . . . matter of fact I created two app ID’s from scratch and also entered it, just in case there was an issue with my prior settings for other apps.
And, yes, the app is live on Facebook. And, I also have other items on the site using the app — which runs perfectly. However, when it comes to the HD quiz it is not working. I ran to some of the troubleshooting techniques from the stackoverflow link above in an attempt to see if it was an issue on my end. No avail.
Please let me know what other options there are . . .
