Hi @francescawatson, unfortunately this isn’t something our WooCommerce add-on currently supports. I suspect you could write a custom plugin to send all your historic WooCommerce purchase data to ConvertKit, as support mentioned, but our plugin doesn’t offer that option.

It’s definitely a feature that’s on our radar and may get added in the future, but I can’t make any promises as to when that might happen. Same goes for existing products, unfortunately. We suggest making a test purchase for any products you want to set up automations for.

Sorry for the hassle with the ConvertKit plugin!

We recently added a check for character set issues, to catch situations where customers with emojis in forms or landing pages were having problems with the plugin.

That check was overly aggressive, and caused a lot of false positives.

This is fixed in an update to the plugin, which will be rolling out very soon. If you continue to see issues after updating to 1.7.5 (not released as of this writing, but coming soon!), please contact support and we’ll help you out.

Hi! That’s a great question, but I actually don’t know the answer to it because I’m not sure how exactly the Event Tickets Plus plugin works.

My best suggestion is to test it out before committing 100%.

We will be making some improvements to our WooCommerce integration in the next few weeks/months, so if it doesn’t work well I’d love to hear about it so we can look into improving that integration.

+1, same 104 error when trying to add a site.

Right, that makes sense, and to me is a reasonable way of doing things given the old website and what you’re trying to recreate. I’m just saying that “Continue Reading –>” text is getting added by something (probably filtering ‘get_the_excerpt’), so the trick is to figure out what’s filtering it. I’d deactivate all plugins and see if that removes it.

Unless the importer plugin is adding it, which would be annoying and stupid. But if that’s the case, you should see that text in the manual excerpt field, and should be able to remove it there.

I’d suggest still using the excerpt, as that makes sense (to me), given the context here. It really is like a manual excerpt of the article.

Is it possible you’re using a plugin that is adding the “Continue reading –>”? The arrow is in a span with class “meta-nav”, which doesn’t appear anywhere in Genesis or the Genesis sample child theme, so I suspect a plugin (or something specific to your theme’s functions.php file) is filtering the excerpt and adding that.

I may be missing the point, but why are you using get_the_excerpt() on a single view? Wouldn’t you want all the content there, and not just the excerpt?

Also, why two instances of a div with class entry-content?
