Hi Jeroen,
It looks like you have another plugin, called “woocommerce-convertkit-1.0.2” installed, which is interfering with this one.
I would suggest you deactivate the other plugin, and try again.
Hi,
Please open a support ticket (you can email [email protected]) and we’ll be happy to help you out!

In reply to: [Gravity Forms ConvertKit Add-On] CapabilitiesHi,
Can you provide a little more information about what you’re hoping to have added?

@katerila Sorry to hear you’ve not had a good experience with ConvertKit so far!
Our support team would love to help you out – please do open a ticket either with the chat widget in our app, or by emailing [email protected], and we’ll do our best to help you have a better experience with ConvertKit.
Thanks!
Sorry that’s happening!
Could you please open a support ticket so we can help you out with this?

Hi,
Unfortunately I’m not seeing what you’re describing. I do see that you’ve added some CSS to hide the ConvertKit form, but I also don’t see the form in the page source.
I’d certainly like to help get this resolved – could you please open a support ticket either with the chat widget on app.convertkit.com, or by emailing [email protected]? You can ask that they refer the ticket to Travis.
Thanks!
Hi,
Sorry you’re having a problem. Would you mind opening a support ticket with our team, either via the Intercom widget on app.convertkit.com, or via emailing [email protected]? You can ask them to escalate it to the WordPress engineer.
Also, I suggest you delete this message that includes your API secret. We’ll likely need to change that API secret for your account, now that it’s been publicly posted. Please mention that in your support ticket and we’ll help you get it taken care of.
Thanks!
Hi Jeff,
Looks like you’re in contact with our support team on this – we’ll continue to update that ticket as we work through this with you.
Hi Pete,
Sorry you’re having this issue. Could you please contact our support team ([email protected]), and we’ll see if we can help get this fixed for you?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Gravity Forms ConvertKit Add-On] Map ConvertKit TagsHi @joesnikon,
Currently there isn’t a way to do that. However, the addon does support mapping Gravity Forms fields to ConvertKit custom fields, as explained in this article: https://help.convertkit.com/en/articles/2502569-gravity-forms-integration
Yes, that should be possible. Have you checked out our help article on the WooCommerce addon?
If you’re still having trouble, please open a support ticket ([email protected]) so we can help you out. Thanks!
Hi @crashemarketing & @johannarothman, a recent update (version 1.8.0) may have fixed this issue – can you confirm if you’re still seeing a problem here?
Also @johannarothman, this shouldn’t affect your forms not showing up in Safari. If you’re still having that problem, please get in touch with ConvertKit support so we can help you out. Thanks!

In reply to: [Gravity Forms ConvertKit Add-On] Blank Screen for Form Settings ConvertkitHi @tinamadisonwhite, sorry you’re having this problem!
I’d like to make sure I fully understand the issue – would you mind opening a support ticket, and requesting that it get assigned to me (Travis)?
Any screenshots you can provide in that support ticket will be very helpful.
Thanks!
@cinghaman Thanks for reporting these! The first at least should be fixed this week, and hopefully the second as well.
If you have any other issues, please feel free to contact support.
Cheers,
Travis
