Is there something specific to the **Entry Expiration for Gravity Forms** plugin that you’re having a problem with or is the problem with Gravity Forms in general?

This plugin is still supported, but as it uses native Gravity Forms API functions, it never needs updating. I’ll work on getting the version number incremented soon.

The pro version of this plugin, Entry Automation, gets frequent updates and offers a lot more control over the deletion process (along with supporting exporting entries).

Any posts created by the form submission will not be deleted, only the entry object itself.

Entry Expiration uses the built in Gravity Forms API method for deleting entries, which deletes any files attached to that entry during the deletion process.

So yes, the plugin will delete any files that were uploaded and attached to the form entry.

Version has been bumped, with a minor fix!

The plugin primarily utilizes Gravity Forms APIs so it does not see many updates unless an issue arises. Pull requests are also welcome on the GitHub repo.

The premium version of this plugin sees more frequent updates as it has a wider feature set.

All configuration for Entry Expiration now happens at the form level. When on the Settings page for a form, there should be a new “Entry Expiration” tab where you can setup the automatic entry deletion for that form.

Try out the new 2.0.3 update. It should resolve your issues.

Entry Expiration has been updated to 2.0.2 which fixes an issue with the search criteria not preparing the correct search end date. It also includes additional debug logging.
