Hi @jiks,
Thank you for brining that to our attention. We have updated Paid Memberships Pro to use a div-based HTML layout where possible instead of a table-based layout for some of our pages.
We’ve done our best to make sure this update has minimal impact on all of our users, but if you notice UI issues after performing the update (in particular users with custom checkout templates or CSS styling might be affected), you can use the Table Layout Add On to revert to the table-based layout on your site. Note that if you roll back PMPro entirely, you will lose the benefit of the 30+ other fixes and enhancements included in this update. So using the table pages add on the preferred way to fix any UI issues that come up.
It is also important to note that this add on is meant as a temporary solution while you update your site to make use of the new div-based layout. We will support the plugin for about a year. During that time, be sure to reach out to use with any issues caused by our add ons and code and take time to update your own customizations to work with the new layout.
For more information on this, please see our Blog post on the 1.9.4 update here: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/pmpro-update-1-9-4/
I also took the liberty of writing you up some CSS that should help resolve this formatting issue. If you use the below code, please add it to your Child Themes stylesheet, Custom CSS Add On or Word|Press’ Custom CSS found in the Customizer.
label.pmpro_label-inline.pmpro_clickable { position: absolute !important; display: inline-block !important; font-weight: bold !important; width: 250px !important; }
Hope this helps!
Hi @andrewjlavelle,

Hello @scharff,
Thanks for reaching out! At this time we do not have an integration that supports Mollie Payments. If you want to look into adding an integration for it to Paid Memberships Pro, you could:
1) Use this documentation to get started on setting this up yourself. Keep in mind that this is not for the “faint of heart” and does require in-depth coding knowledge and experience: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/gateway/adding-a-new-gateway/
2) Get in touch with one of our developer partners to give you an costing estimate to integrate this for you. You can do this, by filling out a developer request here: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/developers/
Hope this helps!

Have a great day!
Hi @marcellec
Sorry to hear about the frustration that you are experiencing! It does sound like something is not right as you do not need to be a PMPro Plus member in order to offer a Free Level with a submit button for your users to signup for.
It sounds to me like there may be a minor CSS conflict that you are experiencing.
We would really like to make this right with you, would you please send me an email at [email protected] so I can take a closer look into this for you?
Hi there,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused, would you mind sending us a link to your site so we can take a closer look?
Looks like there is a clash with the “Object-Cache” plugin, would you mind trying to disable this plugin to see if this fixes the issue?
Keep us posted,
TravisHi @kreativekids,
Glad you managed to find the issue!
I will mark this thread as resolved for now, should you have any further questions please do open up a new one.
Have a great day!
TravisHi Tony,
Thank you for getting in touch with us and for using Paid Membership Pro!
Have you done any customization work to edit the checkout page in any way, perhaps added some fields to the check out page using our Register Helper add on? If so, would you mind sharing the code snippet with me?
Alternatively, you can check to make sure all your pages are correctly set up by navigating to your WP Dashboard > Membership > Page Settings.
Is there an active page allocated to each option?
Hope this helps!
TravGreat!

TravThanks for the update, would you kindly confirm that it is now working correctly?
Hi there,
Thank you for getting in touch with us!
The “Are you a spammer” message is typically triggered because the checkout page’s spam honeypot “contains something”.
The honeypot is basically a (hidden) input field on the page named first_name which we don’t use. But perhaps you have a Register Helper field on the page with that name=”” attribute defined, which would trigger the honey trap? It seems that you do have an additional Full Name field that may be triggering the Honeypot
Or it can sometimes trigger via the browser autocomplete functionality, let me know if this helps!

Hi there,
Thank you for getting in touch with us and thank you for using Paid Membership Pro!
It can be a little tricky to debug an issue like this without taking a closer look at the site. Would you mind sending a screenshot of your Membership Level settings and a link to the checkout page of your site?
I should have a bit of a better idea of how to possibly help you.
Thanks!
TravHi @waxkabaro,
Thank you for getting in touch with us!
As a bit of a work around, you can use the PMPro Pay By Check add-on (PLUS addon) and then translate the string to say “Pay by Bank Transfer”
If you are not too familiar on how to do this, you can get in touch with one of our support engineers who will be happy to guide you through this step by step ??

TravAwesome,
Glad it is working, thanks for the heads up!
Would you mind marking this thread as resolved?
