I’m having the same problem as is my friend and between our 4 sites, they use different plugins (apart from 2 which I’ve ruled out) and two hosts and two themes. The only thing in common seems to be Chrome. Just tried it in Firefox and for each site, it failed the first time and then worked fine! Driving me nuts to have to manually add links. Hopefully, if I stick to Firefox it will work OK. But I’ve seen that @semrocc is having this problem in Firefox, so I won’t be holding my breath.

Please can anybody help with this?
Another person just started following my old site on wordpress.com when they should be following the transferred site on www.remarpro.com!?!!

Just downloaded the CSV file and it contains a lot more subscribers than my site is saying I have so the information is obviously there just not showing.

I have some important posts coming up and I need to know they will receive them.

Thanks Richard, however, the problem has not been fixed as half of my subscribers are still missing!

All my WordPress reader followers are back (or at least its about the same number) but my email subscribers have been cut in half.

Please can you look into this as this is obviously very important to me.

Still a quarter of my followers missing this morning. Anyone have any ideas how to retrieve them please? . I use Vault Press to back up my site.

The same thing has happened to me. Yesterday I had a couple of hundred followers through wordpress.com reader and a couple of hundred followers through email subscriptions. Today is says I have none. Desperate for some help please.

Just updated to 3.5 for my site which uses WOO theme Delicious Magazine and it’s messed up the home page. Like The Bitter Optimist really wish I could undo the update!!!
Having read some of the earlier comments here I dread to think what else it has messed up.
