I have the same problem! When I enter my email address for the username, I get a message saying it isn’t recognized. Yet…that’s where WordPress contacts me. I know my password, but the only option from WordPress is to reset it.
I usually access my website (https://travelsmartwoman.com) through GoDaddy, not WordPress. But I’ve started having issues with links from my blog to social media–Pharma Spam (ads for viagra and accurate) is replacing the content.
I’m so frustrated, because there is no way to reach anyone for help. I’ve tried www.remarpro.com and WordPress.com, even though I know I’m .org.
