Yes, this is still on our priority list. However, it’s a pretty slippery issue and hard to pin down. The good news is that we’ve been able to help multiple other users migrate anyway with some direct troubleshooting. As Cheska suggested, it’d be great if you could submit a support ticket so we can take a look at your specific scenario and see how we can help ??

A quick update, a fix for this is planned for the upcoming release.

We’ll post an update once that is out. At that point the define() that was added to wp-config.php can be removed.

Thanks for this report. We just did a quick test and weren’t immediately getting the same results (typical…). Are these custom post types you are registering, or are they coming from a specific plugin we could test against? If they are purely custom, any chance you have a dev/staging site where we could see this happening?

We definitely want to get to the bottom of this one right away!

With The Events Calendar free plugin, you would need to enter those as separate dates. We have extensive recurring events functionality in our paid add on Events Calendar Pro: https://theeventscalendar.com/products/wordpress-events-calendar/

That is a nice workaround for this.

Since there was no movement here for more than a week and several solutions were provided I’m going to close this thread as resolved.

Go to Settings > Permalinks, and click the “Save Changes” button.
