When your orders sync from your wordpress website to Transdirect, it will not sync any notes/additional info from woocommerce to the Transidrect account.

The error message “Please check module settings in transdirect account.” will only appear when your module is not configured in your member area. i.e default dimention is not set, none of the rules has been setup. I have checked your website and I can see quote is generating without above message. https://ibb.co/7njSMPk

We appolofize for any inconveneince you faced.
We have just released updated version 6.7 of wordpress plugin for missing file. Please update plugin in your site and let us know if you are still facing any issue. In previous version we added missing file already but when it goes to wordpress store, it was not considered in plugin that’s why many people faced this issue.
Let us know if you face any issue with latest version of 6.7
