My apologies. This turned out not to be YARPP at all, but an update to the Sharaholic plugin. Apparently their update added a new feature (automatically enabled) to display related pages and posts. Because YARPP was the only plugin I had installed to do this, I thought it was YARPP. Sorry about that!
