Unfortunately the issue seems to not have been completely resolved.

The Read More button will work in Chrome on some computers, and it does not work on others.

Unfortunately I don’t have additional information that could help in identifying why the issue is persisting on some computers.

I’ve managed to find the custom.js code page.

However, after inserting the code and clicking on Update File, the following message appears: nonce_failure.

We’ve tried to add the code on different lines on the page.

This is a feature of the active theme.

The theme is AccessPress LiteVersion: 2.81.

Unfortunately I’m not sure where the theme was downloaded from, because the theme was already applied before I started administering the website.

No we do not make use of any email plugin.

Do you recommend we try the SMTP plugin even though we are not using any email plugins?

I’ve checked the SPAM Folder and nothing there.

I performed the test as instructed above and the test email was received.

I also received the confirmation emails when modifying the email address under User as well as in the General Settings.
