We always encourage our customers to request a free 15 days demo of our plugins. In fact the checkout page on our site also mentions that the customer request a demo prior to purchase so that we do not run into post purchase technical / commercial issues.

Our refund policy also states that if our plugins do not work as stated on our website, the first point of contact will be our support team to look into and fix the issue on your hosting environment. If we are not able to fix the issue we will be more than happy to refund your purchase.

Have your emails remained unanswered with our stipulated SLA of 12-24 hours.

We have never mentioned or said that we offer telephonic support for our products. So if you consider that as poor support system, then I am afraid that’s something we never promised.

FYI, our binary system plugin has more than 5000 downloada on www.remarpro.com and 200+ installations of the pro version. Not even 1 customer has pointed out any flaw with the binary logic. If you are not able to understand the concept then please do not blame it on our product.

If you experience some issues with your paypal payment you can make a direct remittance to our paypal email [email protected] for $127 and send us an email at [email protected] mentioning you order id. We will then process your order manually and send you your account details to download the software and generate the license key.
