Actually, we are creating conditions depending on the felids from the other tabs. We can see the conditions in the form but the conditions are not working.

Do you not see all users or some of them? — Yes. I didn’t see any users
Do you use some cache plugins on your site? Yes, I’m using w3 total cache

Additionally, I created a new section to see about rebuilding it. I saw it live, started to rebuild the section. Updated – now it’s all missing again.

I see the fields and the new section on the form but it’s disappeared from the live version

Hi Aswin –

Thank you for the response.

I’ve been bouncing between Microsoft Edge and Chrome.

When I view it Firefox there are issues with with the entire profile panel.

One of my developers was able to fix the cushion around the photo but I’m not sure why the photo displays rectangular/portrait when the dimensions are square at 600 x 600 px.
