Hello:
Please review the answers to your questions below.
1. Blocking visitor access to your website via different access rules (including blocking specific countries) is available via using a Page Tracker function of the software. Please refer to the following documentation:
https://www.tracemyip.org/learn/how-to-block-an-ip-address-1017/
2. The cache plugins can affect the way the plugin’s code is rendered and cause issue if TraceMyIP code is not excluded from being cached. This is something that’s outside of plugin’s reach to change how the cache software operates. If the website cache software “highjacks” TraceMyIP’s plugin code and alters or otherwise processes it, there is no way for the TraceMyIP to alter this behavior.
Here are the examples on how to prevent a Cache software from altering your website’s functionality when it comes to integration of plugins like TraceMyIP

Thank you for the feedback!- This reply was modified 10 months, 2 weeks ago by TraceMyIP.
Another issue I forgot to mention about is a css class conflict with some templates.
For example the “responsive-table small-button rounded” has the same class names as an Invision frame’s work. So the class small-button is being overridden by by another template’s framework, which completely screws up the layout of your ad inserter config editor. It’s best to make class names unique to avoid this. Just add some numbers to random strings like “small-button_sb0710”. Because in 2 sites I couldn’t use your plugin because the configuration panel was screwed up. I ended up adding a javascript in admin to rename the classes after the configuration page is rendered. Didn’t want to modify your plugin files because it’d be useless after a plugin update.
Ok, I caught some data going to your script and found some invalid array data that was a result of parsing some images from a WP responsive function WHICH was modified by Meow Lightbox plugin. So changing how that plugin hooks into WP resolved the issue.
On the other hand, I think you should do some basic object/array checks on before and after paragraph/image insertion to avoid unexpected conflicts. If something doesn’t check out, just don’t insert an ad. Otherwise, I can imagine lots of people will have issues with some random pages without even knowing their content is not reliably delivered to visitors. Well, you know the scoop. ??
Thank you for your time.
Thank you. Your suggestion has been placed on the developer’s cue.
We have received your request and will help you from there.
Hello:
Please submit a tech support ticket via your TraceMyIP account so I could look into your code installation.
The method you have used does not use the PHP file, so there will not be any issues.
Yes, and you can delete the urlRTIP.php as well.
There’s no harm to your site. This is just a file that communicates with the service to help to control visitor flow. First delete your Page Tracker and create a new one, selecting the HTML version. With HTML version you will not need to download or upload anything and you’ll be provided with the code to use for TraceMyIP WordPress plugin for the Page Tracker input box.
Hello rosalie23:
This is because you are using a PHP version on your server that does not support the functions of the file. Please use a standard HTML version of the page tracker to resolve the issue at this time.
Thank you for your kindness andreainm. We’ll take your suggestions into a consideration!
This request was invalid. The current version of the plug-in is 2.27 which is no longer is vulnerable to the reported issue, therefore the issue has been resolved.
Erin,
Please note that with the recent revision of the plugin, it is not possible to place any malicious code for a user into the Visitor Tracker and Page Tracker fields. What you have reported is an attempt of a wordpress user to abuse his own page by placing illegal strings. However, at this time, the plugin rejects any illegal strings placed, rendering user self-abuse inactive.
