I have tried reinstall, clear cache, fresh WordPress install, deactivating and reactivating an existing successfully connecting site, clearing DNS Server, and still get same error message.

The system is not acknowledging any site. The most recent one I tried to connect was, “https://westlandareajaycees.org”. All sites when attempting to Connect and Activate return, “Sorry something went wrong” error message. I have the Elementor Pro – Expert Plan I was grandfathered in and only because a colleague had the issue, I am not certain if it thinks I maxed out my 1,000 licenses because I only have 30-40 sites using Elementor right now.

I was very upset to start getting errors and people could not login, then noticed this message, fortunately I am able to update from the file manager and all is working now. Thanks for your fast attention to this issue for us. Will continue to recommend CleanTalk, where I think it’s safe to say we all see you really do care about the people.

My issue is resolved.

I find I sometimes have to add the IP Exceptions in my files directly like htaccess and then also WhileList in CleanTalk.

Yes. I am using WP-Optimize 3.1.2

That solved it. Thank you, I would not have thought of that. Do you have a suggestion of how I can avoid that in the future?

I found the fix for this. The solution is replacing the “acl.gcaptcha.php” file for the plugin with the old script. The new script is trying to generate without iframe and all browsers do not support this. Good effort though.

Thank you very much. I looked at the comparison, but had not understood exactly what I was looking at. Just a suggestion, but maybe have a little icon that can be hovered next to each description that goes into more detail. It makes sense now. I will be making a purchase in the next couple of hours. Going to look over things and decide how much of an upgrade I need to purchase.
